Hello everyone, I already assembled the robot, calibration was perfect and I run my first program.

Just want to point about 3 issues that I found and see if maybe one of you guys experienced the same.

1- my program was running perfect, accuracy was incredible I was really happy about it but after 10-15 cycles the robot stops, not a single alarm, everything is fine it just stops, so when this happens I click the PLAY button and the program resumes normally. But sometimes when it resumes all the points that were saved in the program are offset for like 5 degrees.

2- J1 axis it's very smooth but when I try to job that axis to any direction +- just ONE degree it doesn't move. I have to click a lot of times so the axis moves, this only happens with degrees less than 5.

3- I have been having issues with axis j5. After I finish running my program, I move the robot to rest position and then I turn off everything. Then I power everything back on and when trying to run the program I made the J5 axis is always offset for about 15 degrees.

This j5 axis always gave me a lot of issues, for example when I do auto calibration after doing it one axis at a time the j5 is always 45 degrees off from where the calibration video shows. I didn't care much about that cause the Calibration did what I expected, touching the limit switch twice like the video shows and then it showed successful! And then I did my program and everything was ok except when I turn off everything. I found that one solution was never turning off the system but maybe there is something else I am missing.

Sorry for the long post but I just want to know if someone run into this as well. Thank you 🙏🏻
