I purchased the complete kit of the AR4 MK3 and I am preparing to print the parts present in the manual from pages 40 to 42. I would like confirmation whether they should be printed with 20% infill at .2mm layer height and 5 layer thick shells.

Thanks

Hello, Its really not too critical which print setting you use for the covers and spacers shown on 40 - 42, you can certainly utilize any settings that have worked well for you in the past. I would caution not to go to light on the J1 base as it supports the base plate but other than that you should be fine. I put the in the manual the print setting that I had been using of 20% at .2mm and 5 layer shells but you can definitely use different settings.

I had some issues with my J2 stop being crushed during the build process when I printed at 20%. Bumped it up to 50% and haven't had any issues since. Other than that 20% seems to have worked well for me, even for the J1 base.
