I've build and reassembled a number of times. I haven't had any issues removing any set screws, even the small ones. I have always used medium strength Loctite. I know many people who want to make sure screws are very secure use acetone to clean the factory oil from the screw threads, I have never properly cleaned the screw but have applied Loctite to the screws as they came from the package presumably with some oil still on them so its possible this has contributed to me not having any issues removing them - although all the set screws I have removed were still tight and it did take a little effort to remove them. If you do have concerns and you have thoroughly cleaned your screws and thread surfaces I don't think it would hurt to use low strength instead of medium strength Loctite.
Thank you sir @Chris Annin
