It’s been awhile that we have not got news from stepper online about shipping the AR4 package. whats up with that?

Dear Customer, we feel sorry to inform you that due to strict epidemic control in Shanghai during this month, the delivery of AR4 had to be delayed. Because the supplier of one key component in AR4 is in Shanghai, we cannot complete the assembly of the whole motors without it. We are closely monitoring the situation in Shanghai and will update the progress in a timely manner. We will do our best to complete the delivery.
We probably wont receive anything until Shanghai opens back up :*(
