The place where the 32009 bearing sits within the J1 housing is 75mm, and the bearing has an OD of 75mm. Is this supposed to be smaller on the housing for a press fit, which the manual says it is? I am wondering what to machine the housing it to.

Similarly, the J1 spindle has an OD of 44.983mm where the bearing sits, and the 32009 bearing is 45mm ID. Is this supposed to slip on or also be a press fit?

Thanks

Hello, The J1 housing should be a very slight press fit, Ive asked my vendor to try and keep the tolerance closer to a light press as many people do not have access to a good quality press and can permanently damage components if the races dont press in straight. That being said the tolerance from machining does have some variance. The spindle should be a slip fit so the bearings can be tensioned without getting stuck on the spindle.
