Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with the motor of joint 2 on my robot. When I power it on, all the motors become stiff except for the one on joint 2. When I run the program to check if the encoders are working properly, it shows that the only encoder not functioning correctly is the one on J2. Additionally, when I try to move the J2 motor via the program, I hear a sound like it’s trying to work, but it doesn't actually move.
Any advice on what might be causing this issue or how to troubleshoot it further would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Can you check the coupler between the motor and the gearbox? There is a small black plastic cap on the side of the gearbox. If you remove the cap you can access the coupler and tighten with a hex key wrench. This has been a common issue lately. I am contacting Stepperonline to resolve. Please let me know if this is the issue.
