Hello,
So im confused about the design of the J5 tention bearing. when you "Secure the bearing post and bearing to the J5 tension block using (1) M4x14 socket head cap screw as shown" the bearing can no longer spin. Am I doing something wrong ?

I did put the spacer. When i tighten the bolt even slightly it stops the bearing from being able to rotate
Did you put the 3D printed spacer on?
Also later on you will undo it slightly to tension the belt:
