I think it's the "3mm Inch Tube OD x 1/4 Inch NPT Thread Push fitting", but I'm unable to find it on Amazon. If anyone has pushed one, please share a link. Thanks!

Check the outer diameter of your pneumatic hose going to your gripper, the standard is 4mm OD which you can purchase the push connectors from here:
