When I jog in the Y-Axis it moves first in the Z -- any idea why?

I've noticed that when I jog in the Y-Axis it will move in the Z axis first. It happens when moving in both Y directions. I've attached a video below

This is using the AR4 software after calibration.

The first thing I would look at is the belt tension on J3. I suspect J2 is in effect moving first while the belt tension on J3 is being taken up.
