Its hard to tell with the different moves you show there but it looks like J4 might be reversed? I was just reviewing the email you sent me - can you email me specific videos showing just the linear moves and then verify from the setup section in the manual that J4 is jogging in the correct negative and positive directions.
Actually, there was no error on this run. But I will share other clean videos to show problems. i.e. When I run programs multiple times (same program) some axis' starts acting weird like J6 spins and spins around it and never stops. And I believe something happened J4 crashes on the video. If I let it go, it would have ripped the cable off and keep spinning around it. I will collect screenshots along with the robot runs so you can guys have better idea. Currently I am playing around to get used to inputs and controls.
