can such a robot feed wire from a roll eg for soldering?
If you are asking if the robot could hold a soldering gun that is fed with a wire feeder. Absolutely. The only concern that i can think of is if the solder guns weight is less than the robots payload. And I'm pretty sure you are good for 99% of soldering irons.
