Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
I have a 100mm x 60mm 100W CO2 laser machine and while doing certain jobs the laser head intermittently will not move along the X or Y axis, meaning it just cuts along the same line over and over again. The display shows the job is working fine.
When the failure occurs the error light on the X or Y stepper motor will come on.
Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas?
I replaced the controller power supply and the stepper motors .
