I'm going to start printing the AR2, and I just tested and compared the Nominal Size and Resized pieces, and I find that the Nominal Size pieces are exported with worse quality, and it shows a lot in the print that they are low poly. In the photo, on the right the J1 Spindle Nominal Sized and on the left the J1 Spindle Resized. Is this the case or is there an error?

Regards

Im not certain on that. both versions were created from modified version of the same .sldprt file and converted to .step using solidworks 2016. Im not aware of what differences might cause the issue you note.
