We have an AR3 robot. We had a professional that built our robot, and
two motors don't work. Now, I am wanting to activate these motors, make
them work. Are there, let's say, "common mistakes" that the professional
might have done while wiring?

Hello, can you send me close of pictures of the electrical enclosure showing the wiring to the drives, the wiring to the control board as well as close up picture of the base of the robot and the wiring to each of the plugs.
