J2 motor works, it’s just going in the wrong direction. I checked direction wire from the stepper driver to the tweeny and those wires are correct. I am assuming I swapped two wires but I haven’t been able to track it down.
so far the other joints calibrate fine.
The problem was solved by Chris, one of the cables I made , I accidentally swapped two wires. After switching to another cable for testing and using my continuity meter it was an easy fix. I’m amazed that was the only wire I messed up. !ts working!
