I see one post from 2019 about mounting AR2 on the roof. Any idea if AR4 could also be mounted on the roof? If yes, what would be the optimum resting position for the AR4 arm?

Mounting the robot inverted should be just fine. The rest position for an inverted mount should be the same as with the robot mounted vertically - it should be hanging straight down so that when its powered off it doesnt move.
