There are often freezes in AR4 software.when I click on j1,j2,j3,j4,j5,j6 plus and minus, the numbers do not change at all.
You mention that if often freezes when jogging each joint, does it always freeze or just sometimes? Does each joint move as expected when it doesnt freeze? If you can email me any videos showing when it happens as well as any error messages to info@anninrobotics.com that could be helpful.
