You can't see my cursor in this screen capture but as soon as I start recording I hit the Start camera, once the live video is active i hit the "snap image" and then when that fails I hit "Mask". This camera was working and I've tried a different camera and I've upgraded from software 2.2 to 3.0 (teensy upgrade also) and still won't work. I have even tried it on a different computer and still won't work.

Its strange that it was working previously. Were there any Windows updates in between the time it was working and the time it wasn't? You should go to your Windows privacy settings and select camera and then make sure the option "allow apps to access your camera" is selected. The other thing to try is go to device manager, find your camera, right click and uninstall the camera, then click on scan for hardware changes and reinstall the camera. Let me know what you find and if anyone else has had any issue please let me know.
I set all the vision calibration values to zero and then it started working again.
@brian-truckwiz-beckius Hey thanks for this, I was having the same issue and setting all the values to 0 fixed it. However, when i put in those same values again the Snap and Find and Snap image functions stopped working again. Did this happen to you?
