Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Annin Robotics. We take pride in the quality of our kits and components. To ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers, please review our return guidelines below.

1. Kit Returns & Condition

• Assembled Units: Returns on assembled or partially assembled kits cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Once assembly has begun, the kit is considered used.
• Unopened Kits: All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

2. Electronic Components (Teensy 4.1)

• Due to the sensitive nature of microcontrollers, the Teensy 4.1 cannot be warrantied or returned once the original packaging has been opened or any electrical connections (soldering, wiring, or plugging in) have been made.

3. Order Cancellations

• Pre-Shipping: Any credit card orders canceled after the payment has been processed but prior to shipping are subject to a $36 processing fee. This covers the non-refundable transaction costs incurred during the initial purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the criteria above and you wish to proceed with a return:

1. Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Include your original order number and RMA inside the package.

Note: Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the items have been inspected and cleared by our warehouse. and returns.
