working on my fan noise/speed and curious if anyone's set theirs up to be temp-controlled? I'm thinking about trying this $15 noctua - it's got a speed limiter (down to 4100 vs 5000) in the box (a zener diode maybe?)
should make it way quieter than the stock fan (7000 rpm, lower quality)
