Changing zero position while calibration

While calibrationing an axis, the arm goes back to the its position where it had defined as zero position. How can I change how long axis go back to position while calibration? I managed limit switch. I need to change/extend zero position of Joint 5 right after calibration. Where to changer this on the codes?
