I want to use this arm to auto punch holes into small parts using a bench press. I'm going to need to design a magazine system to hold and dispense the parts and another system to push down the foot pedal of the machine, each needing its own motor/servo/cylinoid or whatever I choose to use. my question is, is it possible to be able to connect those extra parts into the arms brain to let that adrino run it on the same program? (with extra programing of course) and if so, how difficult would it be? any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

it is doable, the gripper u can modify into any pattern u want (just ensure you can screw into the arm), the installation manual guide you setup arduino mega and it connected into 8 channel relay, and it only play very-very littler role. You can modify code in arduino mega if you want. While you go through entire installation process, you will notice that it will be peanut for you.
