Chris, have you thought about a design for the J1 Limit Switch that puts it in a horizontal orientation and uses a 3d printed ramp on the base of the J1 Carriage to trip it, rather than the metal stud?

Because of the tight fit for the J1 Limit Switch in my build, when it's tripped, it can push the switch itself, bear on the wires, break the DC circuit, and trip the Teensy to off. Which is... less than ideal. (Tighten the attachment screws too far and they keep the Limit Switch from operating)

Modeling the ramp is no problem, figuring out the best switch attachment is a bigger question. The orientation would be simple - the leads would come off the side (left when facing the switch from the back) rather than the bottom. For mine I think I'm going to 3d print an adjustable collar to go around the J1 Turret Housing.

The limit switch on J1 is a little tight and sort of untidy. I opted to fit the pre-wired version of the limit switch and in fact changed all of the switches to pre-wired (much neater). The only limit switch that didn't actuate properly was on J4, which only required drilling and tapping new mounting holes.
