AR4 bearing question . Is the small bearing the belt rides on supposed to turn? Or does the belt slip on it?
I should turn, are you having an issue with the bearing binding or not turning?
Yes bearing shaft is carbon fiber printed and with spacer in clamps outside shell of bearing.. I may need to modify print so shat in longer?
Small tensioner pulley won’t turn when bolt is tightened
It sounds like an issue with the print coming out too short? you may need to modify the length. Do you have the CAD models to modify this?

Solved problem. When printing spacer make sure you set precise z height box on printer. Spec is 3.50 but when I first printed it it was 3.85.mm. Reprint 3.25. Works now. Thanks for reply. Awesome build so far. Pla covers and rest is carbon fiber pla. Creality hyper series. On K1 max
