Hello, when the calibration is complete I use to have all joints return to 0 degrees. Having J5 at zero puts the wrist in singularity so I started having J5 return to 90 or 45 just so its not at zero when people start jogging the robot. IF you prefer 90 this can be changed in the teensy sketch - let me know if you need help with that. I will look into the file location. I thought I had that fixed.

Thanks, i would like help with it. Please mark in Skript or tell me the Lines where to change.

For the current Regulator for Servo acs712 i have a question. Is it possible to have Servo 0 and Servo 1 in surveillance?. Would be very helpful to me.

Thank you

Guenter

Do you think you can do?

Chris Annin

on line 3855 in the sketch you could just change the +45 to +90 or any value you prefer. It wouldn't be a bad idea to change the variable name to match and update below in the driveMotorsJ cmd.

I believe I have fixed the issue placing new programs in the internal folder rather than the root folder for the exe program. I have uploaded exe ver 6.4.1 to the downloads page. Please try this out and let me know if you have any issues with it.

Chris Annin Please check if did correct. Thanks

Hello,
i changed all Variable Names to J5step90 and Lines 3851, 3855 to 90 Degrees. See Screenshot correct ?
Try new 6.4.1 later and let you know.

Is this correct ?

Chris Annin

Guenter Vogele yes I think that looks good.

Guenter

ok, i checked now File save with 6.4.1. now it will save and load in root folder. This is perfect. Maybe if you like you could make a seperate Folder for it if you like, but it is ok.

There are different Versions of acs712. Mine has connections mirrored. Did you have Time to look?

Chris Annin

Guenter Vogele Im not certain about it being mirrored - you want the 5a version here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RBK2CCC

Made a try to support also Servo1 with second acs712. Could you please check if the sketch i changed is correct?. Send with E-Mail. Thank you

Guenter

Hi, did you had time to look at code for second acs712?

If you’re troubleshooting calibration and file-store behavior, I’d first verify the machine’s axis calibration, especially the A/rotary axis, and confirm that the correct 90° reference is being applied. A 45° movement could indicate an incorrect calibration value, axis configuration, or coordinate-system setting. For hydraulic and industrial equipment, it’s equally important to check the condition and connections of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplers before making adjustments. Indian Hydraulics & Pneumatics Company provides industrial hydraulic components and hose assemblies that can support reliable equipment operation. https://indianhydraulics.in/
