G-Code wont convert past line 2 Log says ERROR -not an SD file
I have the AR4 MK1 and saw the Gcode option and was excited to try it out. I installed 6.4 hmi and 6.4 on the teensy, even 3d printed a marker holder! But no matter what I try I'm unable to get the g-code to convert & upload to SD. I tried uploading a simple square and a complex image and every time it stays on "gcode conversion running" and stays stuck on "Current Row:2"
The robot is running fine, a bit fast but I am able to calibrate with out issues. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

are there any updates on this issue? I am experiencing the same problem, the conversion process stops at row 2.
I am using an AR4 Mk3 running version 6.3. Everything else seems to be working fine and the microSD card appears to function properly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Simon S. Hello, this issue should be fixed in the latest software version. I believe I fixed this in version 6.6 - I apologize for not responding in this thread, I think there were multiple threads on the issue.
