    AR4 in Ecuador

    Hey, here its my AR4, planning to control with RoboDk /images/forum/media/00f317d4fc17516e.avif Another: /images/forum/media/194dd3694ef63985.avif I bought the complete kit in US and I shipped to Ecuador, ,everething its perfect. I thinks its a better way to rout the cables, I will post more about this later This is the enclosure /images/forum/media/75d0271290811ca7.avif So, soon I will posting videos conecting to RoboDk Please @chrisannin if you can make a video conecting robodk with AR4 robot we will aprreciet it Thanks for the project

    AR4 as a Soldering Robot

    Im developing this project since january, so here are the results. Here Its the extruder mechanism I used an MK8 extruder with neumatic coupler, because every jam or material load the TCP move so I use it on the wrist to avoid this. /images/forum/media/2603ae0c02d6a8c9.mp4 So the next step was the parameters for soldering, so on the AR4 HMI I use the TCP lineal speed at 2mm/s and 1arc/s at extruder for the speed so the results were very great https://cqpppstrkbfubfnjwcuc.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/community-media/legacy/27a4f3f3-AR4-as-a-Soldering-Robot_video_2.mp4 A good soldering /images/forum/media/123350fc2f98f297.avif And ejoying a good soldering platform /images/forum/media/5b589b38b997ab86.mp4 Thanks @chrisannin annin for the AR4 project, now Im developing the way to make very cool channel letters

    AR4 as a soldering robot

    Developing this project since January. I used an MK8 extruder with a pneumatic coupler on the wrist, because every jam or material load moved the TCP. For soldering parameters, on the AR4 HMI I use a TCP linear speed of 2 mm/s and 1 arc/s at the extruder, and the results were great.

    AR4 in Ecuador

    My AR4, planning to control it with RoboDK. I bought the complete kit in the US and shipped it to Ecuador, and everything is perfect. I think there's a better way to route the cables; I will post more about this later. This is the enclosure.
