AR4 v2 Install Issue
I'm trying to run the AR4 v2 software on a little laptop. When I kick-off the executable I get a command window flash and then nothing. When I kick-off the executable from a command window I get the following error, "ImportError: DLL load failed".

By the way, I'm trying to run this on the following laptop:

As a last attempt, I installed the latest Python version. However, I think AR4.exe includes its own version of Python so this didn't help.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jim
I updated to python 3.10.7 - let me know if this version works https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oeSpcE_og9edJFXOyWsGIs7SqbLw3Ea5/view?usp=sharing
Nope, version 1.3 had the same kind of error:

However, the new 2.1 version does work. Weeeee!
Just one thing, the laptop screen maxes out at 1368x768 which clips the right hand side of the AR4 window. Any easy way to detect small screens and turn on scrollbars? Not the end of the world - this is $60 laptop from Micro Center. I think it's a left over educational laptop. Hard to past up for $60 bucks. I'm hoping it will make a good teach pendant for a AR4.
Below is the full-screen capture. Notice the screen cutoff on the right. Even allowing the screen to be resized by grabbing along the boarder to stretch it would be ok.

Thanks,
Jim

I've had a few reports of people having issues after the last windows update. Are you able to run the last version 1.3?
