Flyback/Flyover diode

I am having a hard time trying to locate a correct diode for our pneumatic gripper some food valve. The valve is powered by 12Volts, but I just can’t seem to find anything that looks like Chris‘ picture. I have checked Digikey.ca (http://digikey.ca/) but to no avail.

can anyone point me in the right direction to acquiring a correct diode?
