Speed of robot for Tig welding

Hi everyone,

I would like to see if I can Tig-weld with the AR3 robot, and I am wondering if the robot can go slower than 1% robot speed? Does anyone know if that is possible as I think 1% robot speed maybe is a little to fast for Tig welding.
